Antecedents of job satisfaction: A study of telecom sector

This study is based on the assumption that “a happy worker is a productive worker”. The research was conducted to identify the significance of those factors that lead towards job satisfaction and commitment of employees working in the telecom sector of Pakistan. Uzbekistan: Forming a cluster strategy for textile industry development

The article confers urgency of establishing clusters in textile industry. Particular focus is given to resource interaction among compound elements of national textile cluster. Policy recommendations targeted to development of cluster in the textile sector of Uzbekistan are provided.
